Our Products

Are your candles safe and how are they developed?

We believe that safety is paramount when it comes to candle development. All of our candles are safely developed and created according to EU standards including fire safety, sooting and labelling.

All of our products come with a care label, and you can find the care guides to our products online.

Are your candles and reed diffusers safe around pets and children?

To ensure that your candle or reed diffuser does not cause harm to your children or pets, please ensure they are put in a responsible place, so they are not in reach of children or pets. To ensure that they burn safely, please ensure they are not in a draughty position as this gives them the safest burning performance.

What wicks do you use in your candles?

The wicks we use in our candles are made from cotton.

Do your candles have a shelf-life?

Most fragrance oils have a maximum shelf-life of around 24 months, when optimally stored. Storing a candle in a relatively cool environment (ideally around 15 degrees) and limiting exposure to sunlight, air and fluctuating temperatures will help prolong the candle's shelf life.

The product I wanted is showing as out of stock, how can I order this?

Our products sell quickly and therefore we do occasionally have items that are out of stock. Please get in touch with us by completing our contact form and we will be sure to let you know when it is back in stock.

About your existing order

When will my order be dispatched?

Our dispatch times are usually between 3-5 working days for national deliveries. For local deliveries where you wish to recieve your order much sooner than this, please get in touch with us by emailing us at ivodiahome@outlook.com and we wlll look to arrange for this to be carried out.

As we are a small family-run business, occasionally there may be slight delays during busier periods.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?

Please get in touch with us by completing our contact form as soon as possible. The sooner we receive any changes to your delivery address, the more likely we will be able to make any amendments.

Please keep in mind that your order may have already been dispatched, and therefore it is not always possible to change the address.

I have already placed my order, but would like to add to it

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to do our best to amend your order with the additional items as required. You will be sent an email invoice for the additional products where possible. However, please be advised that if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to make any amendments to it, and a new order will need to be placed.

Can I cancel my order?

We're sorry to hear that you are considering cancelling your order with us. To cancel your order, please complete our contact form and a member of our team will be in touch with you to let you know if a cancellation is possible. Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to cancel the order. If this is the case, you will need to follow our returns policy.

I cannot find my tracking details, what do I do?

Tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. Once your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors given by the customer.

We, of course will do our very best to help along the way and will support you if you have any issues with the delivery.

My order has arrived but something is not right

Firstly, please accept our apologies for any errors made. In short, we will ensure any errors are amended as quickly as possible.

Please complete our contact form to notify us as soon as possible, including any photos where applicable.

Once reviewed, we will ship the order again and your delivery charge will be reimbursed. Please note, any items which are out of stock and therefore can not be re-sent will be reimbursed by way of a refund or appropriate replacement, in accordance with our returns policy.
